The store owner was very professional. My order got messed up but they made sure to contact me several times in various ways and still send what they could with a hand written note. A couple weeks after I got the goods I received another message from them asking if everything was okay or if I needed a refund and they sent me a discount code as well for the “inconvenience”. I wasn’t able to get to them until yesterday by saying everything was good with the order and I got everything I wanted. This costumer service was amazing and the products are high quality. If every business was like this - the world would be a better place!
